Ceres Summit Corporation, one of the leading manufacturing experts in Food, Pharma-Galenical, Cosmetics, and Home Solutions in the Philippines is in need of an experienced Supply Chain Data Analyst/Document Controller to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.
The Supply Chain Data Analyst / Document Controller is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support supply chain operations, while also maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Education and Experienced Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain analytics and document control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and established document control protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP, as well as data visualization tools.
- Skilled in SAP, warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and other operational tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and systems.
- Maintain supply chain databases, PO records, inventory reports, and documentation.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on materials management, including forecasting, procurement, and inventory control.
- Provide input on materials planning, purchasing, and logistics to improve overall operational effectiveness.
Document Control:
- Oversee and maintain controlled documents such as SOPs, work instructions, and quality records in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure timely updates, version control, and secure storage of all supply chain documents.
- Support audits and compliance activities by ensuring availability and accuracy of documentation.
- Apply document control best practices to support both regulatory requirements and operational efficiency.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
