- Supply Chain Manager oversees and manages the end-to-end supply chain operations of the Company. Responsible in optimizing the supply chain process, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations and delivery of goods, stocks, materials to the end-users
- Identifies strategies to deliver innovative supply chain solutions that meet current and emerging requirements.
- Plans, creates and implements effective supply chain strategies that align with the company’s overall goals, such as cost reduction, operation efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously assesses and improves the performance of the supply chain through process improvements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies
- Leads the capability building of the supply chain team
- Oversees warehousing operations, including storage, handling, and packing of goods, to ensure efficient distribution and compliance to good warehousing practices.
Qualifications:
- A Graduate of at least four-year course in the fields of Business Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology.
- at least 5 years experience in supply chain management or logistics operations in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team and work cross-functionally with other departments.
