Job Description
- Preparation of various documentations and maintaining data records for proper tracking of the status of the documents that will contribute to the success of the department's activities.
Main Duties
- Monitoring of all inbound transactions and ensure secures complete documentation of all shipments.
- Coordinating with brokers to ensure timely delivery of containers to warehouse.
- Monitoring of factory service levels.
- Preparation of inbound reports (e.g. CFR, lead time tracking, etc.)
- Preparation and reviewing of all 3rd party supply chain vendors.
- Assistance with generating of daily supply chain reports - Sales Update OTIF, Product Availability, Delivery updates, Etc.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- Preferred with FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) experience as KAS with sufficient knowledge on MS Office
- Schedule: Usual is 9 am to 6pm
- Hybrid Work Set up (3X onsite per week)
- 1-2 years experience in FMCG or any retail company handling key account or accounts. Fresh Graduates who has no experience but would love to explore retail industry and are willing to apply.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong English communication both oral and written with appropriate language construction.
- Working knowledge on computer applications, preferably on Microsoft applications.
- Basic business analytics skill is a must.
- Collaborative, agile, pro active, willing to learn and go-getter attitude.
- Good customer facing skills and has proven track record in customer management.
- Ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong prioritization skills
- Nice to have: Process improvement skills
Salary and Benefits
- PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000
