Job Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate with strong recruiting experience in the tech industry. You’ll oversee end‑to‑end hiring from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding for various IT roles. Working closely with hiring managers, you will build strategic pipelines and support employer branding efforts to attract top-tier IT professionals. Be part of our growing team!
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT hiring managers to define headcount, job specs, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies targeting IT talent—leveraging job boards, tech communities, social media, referrals, and university partnerships.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, resume screening, pre‑screen calls, technical interviews, feedback tracking, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain candidate data integrity in the ATS and generate metrics for time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and diversity hiring.
- Enhance employer branding through participation in recruitment events, online campaigns, and content that reflects company culture.
- Foster a positive candidate experience through timely communication and transparent processes.
- Track recruitment performance, refine sourcing channels, and improve processes through analytics and feedback loops.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, specifically within the IT sector.
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle IT recruitment using ATS platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, iCIMS, etc.
- Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and tech stacks, with familiarity engaging candidates on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with experience evaluating both technical and behavioral fit.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor and report on KPIs.
- High organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent job requisitions.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with IT roles like Software Engineer, DevOps, QA, Cloud Architect, Data Science, etc.
- Experience supporting diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Experience organizing or participating in tech career fairs, hackathons, or campus recruitment drives.
