Job Description
This position is responsible for recruitment, on-boarding of team members/heartists and provide administrative support in the Talent & Culture function to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Talent & Culture area of responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Tertiary qualification(s) in Talent & Culture
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Management experience
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Previous hotel experience is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
