Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate online filing and payment of BIR reports for assigned companies
- Review and reconcile Monthly Tax Relief with VAT Returns.
- Submit reports via BIR Program including
- Monthly Tax Relief
- Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes (SAWT)
- List of Payees Whom Taxes Were Withheld
- Summary List of Sales and Purchases
- Coordinate with external accountants on tax return submissions (Withholding Tax ,Income Tax).
- Maintain organized records of EFPS-submitted tax returns:
- Income Tax, VAT, BIR 1601C, BIR 1601E, etc.
- Collect and verify BIR Form 2307 (Credit Tax Certificates) submitted by customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Familiarity with current government accounting and tax regulations
- Up-to-date knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Computer and digital proficiency
- Business writing and verbal communication
- Strong customer service orientation
- In-depth understanding of BIR procedures and tax regulations
- Solid grasp of general accounting principles
- Willing to do field work
