Key Responsibilities
- Set clear goals and inspire high performance across your team
- Build a collaborative team culture with open communication
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely task execution
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Track KPIs through monthly scorecards and data dashboards
- Identify and address individual and team development needs
- Lead performance reviews and behavioral interventions where necessary
- Coordinate with WFM, QA, and Training for aligned execution
- Manage PTO coordination, onboarding support, and process updates
- Maintain flexibility in managing associates across various roles
- Handle escalations professionally while aligning with SLAs and client expectations
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying gaps and leading SOP initiatives

- Proven experience leading high-performing teams
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- The ability to translate data into strategy and action
- Excellent communication and escalation management capabilities
- Familiarity with SLA-driven environments (preferably BPO or healthcare support)
- A proactive mindset and a calm leadership presence
- Adaptability in handling cross-role teams and shifting priorities
