Responsibilities:
- Support senior engineers and project teams with technical tasks and day-to-day coordination.
- Conduct site inspections, gather technical data, perform measurements, and assist with installation-related activities.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, reports, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project requirements and materials.
- Assist in BOQ take-offs, procurement follow-ups, and ongoing project tracking.
- Provide on-site technical support during testing, demonstrations, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain organized records of all technical files, project documents, and inspection reports.
- Document site progress, issues, and resolutions for both internal use and client communication.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams by providing feedback for product and process improvements.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and suggest preventive or corrective measures.
- Support installation and production teams with logistics, material handling, and report submissions.
- Perform other duties as required to support the successful delivery of engineering and technical projects.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by management, including ad hoc duties relevant to the role and processes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, site coordination, or project assistance (sports industry experience is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with AutoCAD or other technical tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
- Willing to travel and work extended hours when required
