What is your mission?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering recruitment to support hiring needs within the aerospace, defense, and space sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and qualifying top talent for a wide range of technical and operational roles. You’ll leverage professional networking platforms and job boards to identify candidates who align with detailed job descriptions, and submit high-quality resumes for open positions with leading U.S.-based companies.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Utilize accurate and detailed job descriptions to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Post and promote job openings on professional networks and recruiting platforms.
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Screen, evaluate, and submit candidate profiles aligned with hiring needs.
Who are we looking for?
- Holds a degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Has at least 2 years of experience hiring in the manufacturing industry.
- Brings proven recruitment experience within aerospace, defense, or space sectors.
- Has successfully recruited for roles such as design engineers, production managers, and quality control professionals.
- Possesses deep understanding of U.S. hiring standards and company expectations.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Skilled in using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media tools to attract qualified candidates.
