Main Purpose of the Job
Ensure that all repairs that can be performed remotely are completed efficiently and facilitate repair and maintenance work by colleagues as needed. The primary focus is repair and diagnosis on customer premises, with particular attention to minimize situations where the unit may need to be sent out to office for repair.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Focus on repair and diagnosis, ensuring that issues are promptly identified and resolved.
- Support/Assist during emergency call service to act on maintenance requirements immediately, including troubleshooting, testing, retuning, and addressing issues with all units that have already been released or returned to office for testing and repair due to reported problems.
- Support/Assist in the analysis and interpretation of circuit wiring, logic cable diagrams, complete communication system schematic diagrams, and network specifications for the purpose of installing, troubleshooting, or maintaining the system or device.
- Cooperate with the Team for timely coordination, cost effective and quick resolutions.
- Engage with clients as required through Company channels and provides accurate and valuable information.
- Provides feedback and suggestions for further improvement of technical processes and procedures.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Desired Qualifications
- Work Experience: One (1) year work experience in communication technical services (for junior role). Two to three (2 to 3) year work experience as a Tech Support (for senior role).
- Level of Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology.
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
- Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
