Key Responsibilities:
Sales Functions:
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective territory and account management.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute territory-based sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.
- Participate in conventions, symposia, and exhibitions to promote MMJ products and generate leads.
Technical Support and Applications:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase MMJ’s product capabilities.
- Perform installation and onboarding of systems, ensuring customers are trained on usage and maintenance.
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and customer support for product-related issues.
- Coordinate with Service Engineers and Application Specialists for escalated concerns.
- Deliver post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the product life cycle.
- Gather and report customer feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Cross-functional and Administrative Duties:
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in MMJ’s product line.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical support cases.
- Travel across assigned territories to support clients, conduct demos, and attend sales or training events.
Qualifications:
- Education
A bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a passion for fieldwork are welcome to apply.
- Experience:
Experience in technical sales, laboratory diagnostics, or customer support is an advantage.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
