The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer with a background in software development to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and editing technical reports based on client-provided information, your own research, and at times, audio recordings.
You’ll work directly with one of our company directors and receive full training on our documentation processes and standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical writing, is comfortable with coding concepts, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit high-quality, well-structured technical documentation
- Analyze client-provided materials and conduct supplementary research as needed
- Review and validate content based on raw audio files or transcripts
- Maintain consistency and clarity across documentation, following established templates and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while working independently in a remote setup
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of written English
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical writing or software-related role
- Basic hands-on experience with software development (e.g., Java, .NET, etc.)
- Strong understanding of structured documentation and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote working environment
- Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps for Skype calls and file downloads)
- Academic or research writing experience is a plus
What We Offer:
- Compensation Range: Php 25,000 – Php 30,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Preferred Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer (preferred)
- 1 year BPO experience (required)
- 1 year teaching experience (preferred)
- 2 years in software development, coding, or technical documentation (preferred)
