Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Assistant to support the management and operations of a horizontal property in Hermosa, Bataan. The role involves providing technical and administrative support in property management, maintenance coordination, documentation, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, property management, or related technical fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day technical operations of the subdivision or horizontal property.
- Coordinate with contractors, maintenance staff, and suppliers for repairs, construction, or improvement works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues related to infrastructure, utilities, or common areas.
- Monitor compliance with municipal and government regulations, including zoning, safety, and environmental laws.
- Help prepare and maintain technical reports, building plans, permits, and documentation.
- Assist in managing preventive maintenance schedules for utilities (e.g., water system, drainage, roads, street lights).
- Support the Homeowners’ Association (HOA) or property management team in project implementation and community affairs.
- Handle resident requests and concerns related to technical issues or property maintenance.
- Coordinate site meetings, technical assessments, and documentation for new developments or expansions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in property management, construction, or engineering works.
- Familiarity with horizontal property development (e.g., subdivisions, estates) is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Hermosa, Bataan.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HLURB, DPWH, and LGU processes related to land development.
- Experience in handling permits, compliance reports, and technical documentation.
- Ability to manage third-party contractors and monitor ongoing construction or maintenance works.
