Job Summary:
The Tenant Relations Officer is responsible for fostering positive relationships between Limketkai Mall management and its tenants. This role ensures that tenants’ needs, concerns, and operational requirements are addressed promptly while upholding the mall’s policies, brand image, and operational standards. The position serves as the primary liaison between tenants and various mall departments to ensure smooth daily operations, tenant satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tenant Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with tenants to provide updates on mall events, policies, and operational matters.
- Facilitate conflict resolution between tenants and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
2. Lease & Compliance Support
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements, mall rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate with the Leasing Department on tenant-related documentation, renewals, and agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure tenant spaces meet operational and safety standards.
3. Operational Coordination
- Liaise with mall departments (Security, Housekeeping, Engineering, Marketing) to address tenant operational needs.
- Coordinate tenant participation in mall events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new tenants.
4. Customer Service & Tenant Experience
- Promote a positive tenant experience by ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Collect tenant feedback and recommend improvements in mall services and facilities.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports on tenant concerns, resolutions, and feedback.
- Maintain updated tenant contact lists and communication logs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in tenant relations, customer service, or mall operations (retail industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
