The Territory Sales Specialist is in charge of accounts acquisition and retention, competition monitoring, agency relationship management, and local warehousing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Close sales to reach monthly and annual sales volume targets.
- Create route plans that balances excellent account management and keeping cost-to-route and cost-per-call within budget.
- Manage relationship with clients/accounts and key agencies in assigned area/s
- Conducts technical/demo selling.
- Tracks competitor activity in order to come up with appropriate sales strategies to gain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any business course
2. At least two (2) years of experience in B2B sales is required
3. At least two (2) years of experience of making and planning field routing
4. Must be from the exact city of operations and familiar with the entire provincial scope below.
5. Previous experience in the construction materials industry and/or FMCG, Retail or General Trade industry is preferred
6. Must own a motorcycle/car and possess a driver’s license (to ease routing tasks).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
