About the Role The Territory Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving growth and maximizing revenue within the assigned territory by managing the full sales cycle. This includes lead generation, client engagement, order placement, coordination of order processing and fulfillment, collection, and after-sales service. The role ensures effective territory development, strong customer relationships, and operational efficiency to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customers’ real-time needs.
3. Internal Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics, Accounting, After-sales, etc.)
4. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, grow product categories and engage with potential clients.
5. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.
