About the Role
The Test Drive Consultant / Driver is responsible for delivering an exceptional test drive experience to potential customers by demonstrating vehicle features, performance, and benefits in a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused manner. This role plays a critical part in the sales process by helping customers feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their vehicle choices.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Conduct pre-test drive briefings to explain key vehicle features and safety procedures.
- Accompany customers on test drives, answering questions and highlighting vehicle benefits.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for presentation.
- Collaborate with sales consultants to understand customer needs and support the sales process.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, customer service follow-up, and documentation as needed.
- Collect feedback from customers post-test drive and relay insights to the sales team.
- Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, specifications, and technology.
- Follow all traffic laws and dealership policies during test drives.
Requirements :
- With a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with basic knowledge of automotive features and technology advantage, and willingness to learn.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- With customer service or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work during weekends and evenings.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
