See D World Travel is urgently looking for Ticketing Staff - assist our travel agents in providing flight quotations, rate sheet, issuing of tickets and checking of travel documents
Qualifications:
- College graduate (Applicants with high or average IQ preferred)
- Background in Marketing, Tourism, or related courses is an advantage
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills (both English & Filipino)
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Proficient in typing and basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure
- Adaptable, flexible, and a team player
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willing to undergo comprehensive training
Work Schedule:
Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
