Handles all the timekeeping and monitoring of man hours in project site. Check and monitor workers during operational hours.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Timekeeping in a Construction Industry.
- Knowledgeable in manual timekeeping processing.
- Detail oriented on attendance related documents.
- Can be trained in other facets of Human Resources.
- Responsible for maintaining, updating, and monitoring employee work schedules.
- Weekly monitoring for employee work-time.
- Compile and submit data for weekly or biweekly payroll.
- Time records must also account for paid sick days, vacation, and overtime.
- Noticing and correcting any timekeeping errors committed by other employees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can explain timekeeping systems to employees.
- Written language skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be residing in Davao. City.
- Willing to start asap.
