- College graduate or Vocational graduate
- Relevant background in warehousing and logistics
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Summary
- In-charge in the time in and time out of personnel on time record and time sheet.
- Strictly monitoring of workers attendance and overtime.
- Daily reports manpower list to PIC/PM.
- Checking of time sheet and overtime request for record purposes.
- Records absences and tardiness of employees for proper reporting to personnel officer.
- Coordinates to supervisor regarding time keeping problem and deployment of personnel.
- Prepares complete time sheet for submission to main office
- Responsible to collate/File all the Documents of Newly hired Site Admin.
- Send daily accomplishment.
- Responsible to compile and submit the Personal Information Sheet (PIS) to Project Manager for Approval of Salary.
- Responsible to Update daily Manpower Masterlist.
- Complete other tasks assigned by department managers or superiors.
- Strictly adhere to company rules
- Preparing payroll summary
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock items
- Distribute the contracts for signature of workers while maintaining confidentiality
- Inform the HR department regarding manpower request (MRF)
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Update and submit inventory report
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory.
- Report any discrepancies to HR (i.e. incident)
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Willing to Start ASAP
