Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or another field.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field.
- Willing to render shifting schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares & monitors employees DTR (Daily Time Record) information through Biometrics.
- Submits daily attendance report to HR Head and General Manager in coordination with different section.
- Document and monitors employees on leave, official business, overtime, undertime, etc.
- Performs timekeeping activities such as encoding of schedule, timelogs, overtime and leaves.
- Prepares adjustments on timekeeping for submission and approval by payroll finance.
- Submit all necessary timekeeping reports to finance department for payroll processing .
- Closely monitor employees attendance and prepares necessary reports.
- Coordinates with other department in relations to employees DTR for checking and confirmation.
- Administers timekeeping issues and concerns such as no time in or out, payslip queries on number of days worked, apply leave, timekeeping complaint and official business.
- Performs other related functions as maybe required by the immediate superior from time to time.
