- The candidate must have be Vocational Graduate or High School Graduate.
- The candidate must be knowledgeable in (EDM or WEDM) Operation.
- The candidate must know how to Read Technical Drawings (2D).
- The candidate must have willing to be assigned at Brother Industries Philippines, Inc, FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas.
