Internship Description:
- Assist in collecting production or process-related data from the processing floor or production documents.
- Conduct TMS or PPM as needed.
- Assist in creating or updating important production records or documents.
Internship Specifications:
Education:
Students taking the course of Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Service or Operations Management, or any related technical course.
Technical Skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling documentation and reporting tasks.
- Proficiency in Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus, but not required.
Soft Skills:
- Good understanding of technical knowledge on equipment, engineering, and manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical mindset to identify root causes and suggest solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with production personnel and process stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and receive constructive feedback.
