Qualifications:
1. Certificate for working at heights.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in tower installation/maintenance, capable of independently performing tasks at heights exceeding 120 meters.
3. Knowledge of communication/electrical engineering principles.
4. Proficient in operating specialized tools (e.g., total stations, VSWR testers).
5. Physical fitness for outdoor high-altitude work, strong safety awareness, diligence, and resilience.
