- Develop and implement TPM strategies to enhance equipment effectiveness, reduce downtime, and improve overall equipment efficiency
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a TPM or Production Management role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of TPM principles, tools, and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software
- Certified in TPM or a related maintenance management discipline is preferred
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of TPM activities, including autonomous maintenance, focused improvement, and planned maintenance
- Analyse performance data, identify and address root causes of equipment issues, and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and mentoring to production teams on TPM principles and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
