- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing trade marketing data and generating insights.
- Experience in planning and executing on-ground marketing activations and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with retailers and trade partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively .
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work .
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
