The Training Coordinator is responsible in coordinating strategic training initiatives and projects from start to finish, including tracking and reporting progress to Afni's Global Training Leadership Team. He/she is expected to oversee key deliverables that have a direct impact on New Hire experience, performance, compliance, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Track performance of new hire classes for both US & PH Geos by collating data such as but not limited to throughput, performance in nesting/learning lab/NEE, and new hire surveys.
- Establish effective, consistent, collaborative, and professional communication with global training leaders.
- Create, maintain, and audit reports such as but not limited to trainer observation, supplemental completion, compliance, productivity.
- Create and maintain global training quarterly scorecard.
- Liaise with finance/procurement team to complete training budget requests.
- Manage new hire training seat capacity by attending weekly hiring meetings, tracking cancelled/additional classes, and communicating updates to recruitment, training, HR, RMG and operations.
- Handle and solve ticket requests such as but not limited to DTR issues, training material requests, schedule changes, SharePoint access request and errors.
- Send out quarterly requests for new hire virtual machine allocation.
- Provide reporting insights and analysis to global training leadership.
- Safekeep and track usage of training equipment such as peripherals, training materials, and togas used during new hire graduation.
- Cascade critical updates to training leaders via email and training leadership meetings.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Skill in Verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret, and address training needs
• Knowledge of PC applications such as MS Office, Excel, Power BI and Power Automate
• Ability to work in a dynamic and time-critical environment
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6mos of relevant/related work experience
