Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Specialist to join our team in the beauty industry. This role involves developing and delivering engaging training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in training, sales, and people management, with a deep understanding of the beauty and skincare sector.
- Training Development & Delivery: Design and conduct product knowledge, sales, and customer service training tailored for beauty advisors and sales personnel.
- Sales & Product Expertise: Educate teams on product benefits, application techniques, and effective selling strategies.
- Performance Coaching: Support and mentor beauty advisors to improve individual and team sales performance.
- Field Engagement: Conduct store visits, field coaching, and on-the-ground training to ensure training effectiveness.
- Training Administration: Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments; track training completion and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Brand, and Operations teams to align training with business goals.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, sales policies, and customer service excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of training experience, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
- Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent sales and customer engagement knowledge.
- Ability to manage and coach teams effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for beauty and skincare trends.
- Advantage: Prior experience in retail training, field coaching, or store operations.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
