- Handle customer payments (cash and checks), deposit them in the bank, and release payments to suppliers.
- Regularly reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of cash transactions, payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to company treasury policies and procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations.
- Contribute to the efficient management of cash flow within the company, including forecasts and projections.
- Work with other departments (e.g., accounting, credit and collection) to ensure smooth and accurate processing of transactions.
- May be responsible for maintaining and updating treasury management systems and software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business/accountancy/finance or any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work in San Juan City.
- Salary P17,000 - P20,000
