Job content for this Position:
1. Risk Assessment and Hidden Danger Inspection: Able to identify potential safety risks. Before construction, conduct a comprehensive and detailed inspection of TBM equipment and the surrounding environment of the tunnel, including checking whether the electrical system of the equipment is well grounded and whether the supporting structure is stable.
2. Conduct brief safety education at daily toolbox meetings to strengthen employees' safety awareness.
3. Workplace Safety Supervision: Real-time monitor the tunnel construction environment, including air quality (such as dust and harmful gas concentrations), ventilation, lighting, water flow, and segment quality. Immediately take corresponding measures when environmental indicators are found to be substandard.
4. Supervision of Personnel Operation Behaviors: Supervise the operation behaviors of construction personnel and correct irregular operations and unsafe behaviors. For example, prohibit construction personnel from approaching dangerous areas when the TBM is running, and require them to correctly wear personal protective equipment (safety helmets, safety shoes, safety belts, etc.). Timely criticize, educate and impose corresponding penalties on personnel who violate safety regulations.
5. Safety Coordination and Communication: Maintain close communication with the production manager of the TBM team, Chinese foremen of various groups, and interpreters to promptly coordinate and solve safety problems arising during construction.
Accident Emergency Response and Follow-up Handling
6. Emergency Response: In the event of a safety accident, immediately activate the emergency plan, organize on-site rescue work, and minimize casualties and property losses.
Accident Investigation and Analysis: Investigate the accident, collect evidence and data at the accident scene, truthfully reflect the process and causes of the accident, write an incident report and send it to the work group. Through in-depth analysis of the accident, identify weak links and deficiencies in safety management.
Rectification and Prevention: Based on the results of the accident investigation, urge personnel to implement rectification measures to prevent similar accidents from happening again. At the same time, conduct accident case education for all construction personnel to improve their safety awareness and prevention capabilities.
7. Obey the instructions of the department's leadership and complete other tasks assigned by the TBM team leadership (such as: inspecting segment cracks after segment installation is completed, taking photos and sending them to the work group).
8. Be able to keep matters of the department confidential and not disclose information to the outside world.
9. This position implements a shift system, divided into day shifts and night shifts, with each shift being 12 hours. This position has 2 days off per month, and the specific time is determined by the on-site shift change time.
10. If there are special matters requiring leave, a leave application must be written 2 days in advance for the leadership's approval.
