RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for punch listing the units from Construction Management Group (CMG).
- Will trigger punch-list items from buyers and report to CMG for rectification.
- To ensure that rectification of units is within schedule.
- Responsible for providing support and ensuring a quality and efficient handover of units to the clients.
- Responsible to punch listing the units with the owners
- Coordinates with assigned department if there is any needed repairs
MUST HAVE:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Technology, Engineering or Business courses.
- Background in Real Estate Management and/or Property Development is an advantage.
- Good communication and technical skills
- Highly effective interpersonal skills
- Keen to details
- Results and customer oriented
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office application
- Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite
- Full-Time position(s) available.
