Description
The Maintenance Dispatcher will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient coordination of maintenance requests, scheduling, and communication between tenants, vendors, and internal teams. This position requires exceptional multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance services for our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and prioritize maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams, providing updates and information
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to company standards and timelines
- Log and update maintenance requests, track vendor performance, and generate reports on maintenance activities
- Address issues, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants, ensuring satisfaction
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with vendor management experience highly desirable
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues
