-Administer a wide range and comprehensive medical assessment to students and employees into the medications, medical procedures and treatment and ensure the proper recording, monitoring and reference of patient health details and medical history and providing an education and support to the health condition and proper dissemination of health care advisories for the information of the community.
-Communicate and close intervention with the healthcare provider for a smooth flow of conduct of physical examination to students and employees, as to the rate, the schedule, and the procedure to be conducted. Ensuring the employees and students had undergone the physical examination, communicating, and understanding the result of findings and providing the medical certificate for compliance with the University's school activities' policy and guidelines and to promote a safe and healthy environment.
-Provide a wide range of administrative duties such as processing the reimbursement to insurance company as to the documentary requirement and ensuring the on-time payment of services to third party healthcare provider and medical team, processing of medicine reimbursement of employees and providing updates and status to the requestor, maintaining an adequate supply and inventory of office supplies, medicines, medical furniture and fixture, machine and/or equipment, identify and ensure the proper disposal of obsolete medical equipment and/or furniture and fixture, conduct of canteen concessionaire evaluation and assessment and ensuring the result is being communicated, understood and complied, preparation and inventory for request of first aid emergency kit and served as standby medical assistance for the University wide events and activities, managing the daily email, communications, and correspondences, answering phone inquiries and maintaining a systematized and an orderly filing system.
-Conduct of evaluation and assessment during emergency drills and preparation of report in compliance with the statutory requirement
