Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cost Accountant who will be responsible for product costing, implementing cost standards, and monitoring the costs of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. The role also includes the creation and maintenance of the factory ledger and the overall cost accounting system within a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product costing and variance analysis
- Implement and maintain cost standards and procedures
- Monitor and analyze the costs of raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods
- Prepare and maintain the factory ledger and cost accounting records
- Collaborate with production and inventory teams for accurate costing data
- Provide regular reports on cost performance and profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field
- Proven experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of costing processes and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
