Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced US Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment for the US market, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients.
- Source candidates through portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions and deliver quality candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
