What is your mission?
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented US General Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations and ensure timely and accurate reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income, cash flow)
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Process AP/AR transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor and forecast cash flow
- Assist with audit preparation and tax filings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial analysis and reporting
- Contribute to financial initiatives and special projects
- Propose and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of accounting or finance experience (healthcare or staffing industry a plus)
- Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare industry accounting practices is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ortigas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- General accounting: 2 years (Required)
- NetSuite: 2 years (Required)
- Healthcare accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
