We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic US Healthcare Associate to be the voice of support for our patients, clients, and providers. In this role, you’ll combine customer service, administrative support, and healthcare coordination—all while delivering compassionate care from behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Represent our company with professionalism in all interactions
- Make outbound calls to qualify leads and re-engage existing client
- Promote healthcare products and services to providers and patients
- Educate clients on product benefits, pricing, and usage
- Assist in generating referrals and expanding the customer base
- Maintain and update accurate patient records
- Coordinate order processing, insurance verification, and inventory
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams for billing, documentation, and compliance
- Perform general office tasks like data entry, scheduling, and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- 1–5 years BPO experience (healthcare, tech support, or customer service preferred)
- Experience in healthcare support roles is a plus
- A fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments
- Willingness to work US business hours (night shift PH time)
