Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organization.
Duties
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy
- Utilize HR sourcing tools such as iCIMS and Workday
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools like iCIMS and Workday is a plus
- Knowledge of Employee Relations practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in utilizing social media for recruitment purposes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
