- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily bank transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
- Act as a liaison between the company and external organizations (e.g., banks, government offices, suppliers)
- Perform office errands and deliver documents as needed
- Assist with basic computer tasks such as encoding, data entry, printing, file organization, and office supplies organization
- Support general office operations and provide assistance to admin staff
- Ensure proper documentation and security of all transactions handled
- Maintains cleanliness of the office
