Utility Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall upkeep of company premises, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for employees and visitors. The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, communicate effectively, and adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
III. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily cleaning of office areas, restrooms, pantry, and common spaces to maintain hygiene and organization.
- Sanitize high-touch areas and dispose of waste properly and regularly.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout the day and immediately respond to urgent cleaning needs.
- Report any irregularities or issues to the Immediate Superior for immediate action.
- Log all outgoing and incoming transmittals and ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment.
- Support general administrative tasks including coordination with support departments.
