Job Title: Vendor Data Administrator (Accounts Payable Coordinator)
Location: WFH/Remote
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overview:
The Vendor Data Administrator is responsible for setting up new vendors in Oracle and ensuring accurate vendor onboarding through the Certa platform. This role acts as an auditor by verifying banking details and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of vendor data. The position requires regular communication with internal and external stakeholders via email and Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor data within company systems.
- Create and update vendor profiles in Oracle.
- Maintain accurate and complete vendor information, including contact details, banking information, and legal compliance documents.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within vendor databases.
- Conduct due diligence on new and existing vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Verify vendor documentation, including W-9, W-8, and other forms.
- Oversee the upload and download of vendor data from third parties.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to support vendor onboarding and maintenance.
- Verify banking information for vendor payments.
- Handle requests from the onboarding platform (Certa) and ensure accurate Oracle data entry.
- Make verification calls as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of working knowledge of accounts payable, preferably in a telecommunications or construction environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
- Experience with Oracle is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Oracle, and web-based tools.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
