Job Title: Video Editor
Job Summary
Medicare Plus, Inc. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our Marketing Team. The role is responsible for transforming raw video footage into compelling and informative content aligned with our brand's messaging, supporting health-related campaigns, promotions, internal communications, and other visual media needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, edit, and assemble raw video footage into polished final versions for use on digital platforms, events, and internal communications.
- Organize clips, apply transitions, effects, and audio enhancements to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Add music, graphics, subtitles, animations, and voice-overs that align with campaign goals and Medicare Plus' brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to understand project objectives, storyboards, and content requirements.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and branding across all video materials.
- Optimize videos for different platforms including social media, corporate websites, and presentations.
- Conduct thorough quality checks, spotting and correcting errors before final approval.
- Implement feedback and revisions from supervisors and stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sound editing, color grading, and motion graphics is a plus.
- A portfolio of previous work is required upon application.
