Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries on orders, return, purchases etc. via call, live chat and email
- Provide troubleshooting guide to customers based on knowledge base process
- Attend to voicemail and do outbound calls to answer pending queries
Job Description
- Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
- Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- Ability to multitask (Calls and Emails)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
