- Manage multiple conversations and prioritize urgent requests effectively.
- Assist players with inquiries via chat, email, and phone.

Work Time:
- Work on weekdays only.

What You Need:
- Be friendly and good at talking.
- Know how to use a phone or computer
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- With diploma (HS or College or Vocational)
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedule
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
