Volunteer Services Manager (Volunteer & Community Engagement Program Manager)

Do you thrive on building passionate teams?
Lead our national volunteer recruitment and engagement strategy. Develop innovative programs to attract, retain, and empower volunteers across the Philippines. You'll work closely with Chapters, Red Cross 143, and Red Cross Youth to ensure programs meet diverse community needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance volunteer recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with RC 143 and RCY objectives.
- Ensure programs meet nationwide audience needs and sustainably increase volunteer numbers.
- Track and report on recruitment progress and success to the Secretary General.
- Assess and recommend strategic improvements.
- Lead the Volunteer Services team and support chapters in recruitment efforts.
- Evaluate and improve engagement programs, activities, and training materials.
- Design tailored training programs for diverse demographics.
- Provide coaching and mentoring on recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Ensure program and operational management accountability and quality.
- Uphold fairness and transparency in human resources management.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents and support strategic coherence.
- Develop business continuity planning for the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Master’s degree in related studies preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
- Background in marketing, promotion, or campaign delivery.
- Knowledge in volunteer programming/event management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including coaching and training.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with community lead
