DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely creation of issuance slips for direct traded and processed materials.
- Timely creation of NSJO and pick list summary.
- Timely updating of sales order status on Order and Billing Management Order Inquiry to reflect actual status of customer approved sales order for direct issuances.
- Daily extraction and monitoring of approved sales order from Order and Billing Management Order Inquiry.
- Timely posting of warehouse stock movement
- Creation of Miscellaneous Issuances for internal customers
- Monthly inventory analysis of batching location and posting of inventory adjustments of variances and spillage incurred during batching of materials
