I. Job Objective
Warehouseman is in-charge of maintaining and administrating warehouse operations.
II. Job Duties and Responsibilities
A. WAREHOUSE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
1. Receives ordered parts/items from suppliers (i.e. Toyota Motor Philippines) and ensures parts received are in good condition, based on the parts ordered.
2. Arranges parts/items received from suppliers properly on their respective shelf or bin location following the 7-storage techniques.

B. WAREHOUSE MAINTENANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
1. Provides vehicle part details (i.e. parts number) to requesting parties (Service Advisors) using Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC)-Website.
2. Checks availability and price of ordered parts/items using Global Toyota Parts System (GTPS) both TMP and TAP parts availability.
3. Issues parts/items and/or assigns correct part number to the parts/items ordered by technicians.
4. Prepares and places order based on the Purchase Request using SAP system.
5. Coordinates with Inventory custodian regarding parts inventory, monitors and checks the parts inventory stock level.
6. Coordinates with Parts Admin and TMP concerning defective parts and any other parts-related concern (i.e. Discrepancy to invoice vs. actual delivery).
7. Coordinates with accounting section, conducts physical count of all inventories in the warehouse for stocktaking updates or parts reconciliation (SAP vs. Actual).
8. Installs vehicle spare parts based on the booking order of client.
9. Coordinates with Parts Admin in updating warehouse boards required by TMP like Safety Boards, Standard Operating Procedures and Mieruka Board in the warehouse area.
III. Job Specifications
Educational Requirement : Two (2) years college or vocational or technical specialization
Minimum Experience Required : 6 months to 1 year experience
Special Skills : Proficient in computer MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), driving skills, possess good interpersonal skills
