POSITION SUMMARY:
A Branch Warehouse Helper in a manufacturing, marketing, and distribution company typically plays a crucial role in supporting warehouse operations at the branch level. Their responsibilities often include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receiving and Storing Goods
a. Assist in receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming products for quantity, quality, and accuracy.
b. Organize products systematically in the warehouse to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
c. Label and store goods properly to ensure easy accessibility and inventory management.
2. Order Fulfillment and Packing
a. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
b. Ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
3. Inventory Management
a. Assist in regular stock checks and inventory audits to maintain accurate records.
b. Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged products to the warehouse in-charge.
c. Help in updating inventory systems to reflect accurate stock levels.
4. Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety
a. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
b. Follow company safety protocols and report unsafe conditions or practices.
c. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety standards, if required and trained.
5. Administrative Support
a. Assist in documentation of deliveries, receipts, and inventory records.
b. Communicate with the warehouse in-charge regarding stock levels, orders, or issues.
c. Support with filing and paperwork as needed.
6. General Support
a. Help with loading and unloading trucks, especially during peak times.
b. Support other warehouse team members as required to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: Experience in warehousing or a similar environment is preferred.
3. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of inventory systems.
4. Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry items, stand for long periods, and perform manual labor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
