- Overseeing daily warehouse, logistics & delivery activities, ensuring processes are followed, and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Leading, training, and mentoring warehouse team members to improve performance and skills.
- Tracking warehouse metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, conducting regular inspections, and enforcing compliance with regulations.
- Preparing and maintaining warehouse reports, documenting performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- A thorough understanding of warehouse processes, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
Qualifications:
- College Level/College Graduate
- With experience in handling a team is a plus
- With experience in operating forklift is a plus
- With experience in PEZA Processing is a plus but not required
- Can handle pressure
