We're Hiring: WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Location: San Rafael, Bulacan (ONSITE)
Moderno Smart Home Depot is looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our day-to-day warehouse operations in San Rafael. If you have a background in inventory management and logistics—and a drive for efficiency and teamwork—we’d love to have you on board.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency
Manage inventory control, logistics, and product flow
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and dispatch activities
Lead, coach, and monitor warehouse staff
Implement and track performance metrics for continuous improvement
Work closely with interdepartmental teams to streamline the supply chain
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
3-5 years experience in warehouse and logistics supervision
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
Skilled in inventory systems and warehouse coordination
Flexible, solutions-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
